Seachem Prime 325ml Rhino (SC-430)
Seachem Prime is the complete and concentrated conditioner for both fresh and saltwater. Seachem Prime removes chlorine, chloramine and detoxifies ammonia. Seachem Prime converts ammonia into a safe, non-toxic form that is readily removed by the tanks biofilter.

Applications
Seachem Prime may be used during tank cycling to alleviate ammonia/nitrite toxicity. Seachem Prime detoxifies nitrite and nitrate, allowing the biofilter to more efficiently remove them. It will also detoxify any heavy metals found in the tap water at typical concentration levels. Seachem Prime is non-acidic and will not impact pH. Seachem Prime will not overactivate skimmers. Use at start-up and whenever adding or replacing water.
When transporting or quarantining fish, use Seachem StressGuard. When adding new fish, use Stability. Both are ideal for use with Seachem Prime.
Detoxification
Seachem Prime also contains a binder which renders ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate non-toxic. It is very important to understand how those two functions work together. All dechlorinators operate through a chemical process known as reduction. In this process, toxic dissolved chlorine gas (Cl2) is converted into non-toxic chloride ions (Cl-). The reduction process also breaks the bonds between chlorine and nitrogen atoms in the chloramine molecule (NH2Cl), freeing the chlorine atoms and replacing them with hydrogen (H) to create ammonia (NH3).
Typically, dechlorinators stop there, leaving an aquarium full of toxic ammonia! Seachem takes the necessary next step by including an ammonia binder to detoxify the ammonia produced in the reduction process.
Be very careful when purchasing water conditioners. If your municipality includes chloramines in the water supplies, a standard sodium thiosulfate dechlorinator is not enough. Seachem Prime promotes the natural production and restoration of the slime coat rather than relying on artificial or non-native slime compounds. A further bonus for the reef hobbyistSeachem Prime will not overactivate protein skimmers.

R Returns and Exchange
D Delivery
Exchange/return of goods* is allowed on a case-by-case basis up to 7 days from the date order is received, provided the items are in the original condition.
- All items should be in original condition, unopened.
- To maintain good hygiene, collars, beds, cages, and all other wearable are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- A $15 delivery fee will be imposed on each exchange and return. Once the item(s) is returned back to our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of the item(s) and contact you to issue a refund within 5 working days, if approved.

Exchanging/Refunding of Items:
- We can pick up the items & bring it back to our warehouse - service fee $15
- We will deliverthe exchange items when you make a new order. (The new order needs to be made within 1- 2 weeks from the date of the previous delivery)

- Our team will inspect the condition of the item(s) & contact you thereafter regarding exchange or a refund. Refunds would be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
How long does Petmart Online take to deliver after I’ve placed my order?
- Our delivery will take 3 to 5 working days. We will deliver from Monday to Friday from 10am to 10pm.
- Orders that require exchange may take an extra 1-2 days to deliver.
